City Impact takes privacy very seriously and will process and use information about individuals in a safe way. In this privacy policy, we explain which data we process and for what purpose we do so. In addition, you can read about your rights with regard to the processing of personal data in this privacy policy.

Who is City Impact?
City Impact is a multidisciplinary network of churches, followers of Jesus and evangelists, to organize outreaches and evangelism together. With the aim to mobilize churches and members to step out and daily witness to the love of Jesus.
City Impact is located at Tarasconweg 2, Eindhoven.
What personal data do we process?
Users
We process the following personal data from you as a user:
- Name: this is either provided by yourself during registration, or obtained with your permission through a social login provider such as Google or Facebook.
- Email address: this is either provided by yourself during registration, or obtained with your permission through a social login provider such as Google or Facebook.
- Phone number: this is optionally provided by yourself in your account settings.
- IP address and User Agent: these are automatically sent by your internet browser when visiting this application.
Other individuals
We process the following personal data of third parties provided by users:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- 4 digits of the zipcode
- Other substantive information provided by the user through text fields.
Why do we process this personal data?
- To register registrations for events
- To be able to contact you after a completed contact form
- To be able to view analytical data of website use and thus optimize the functioning of the website.
How long do we process this personal data?
The personal data will not be retained longer than necessary for the services of City Impact.
How do we protect this personal data?
- Personal data is stored in secure and encrypted databases that are only accessible after login by authorized personnel.
- User email addresses are verified before access is granted.
- Security changes to account information are only possible after confirming the password.
- Personal data remains within the application and is never sent by email.
- This application is secured by TLS (formerly SSL). You can see this in the address bar (starting with https://) and the padlock in the address bar.
- DKIM, SPF, and DMARC: These are three internet standards used to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam, or are intended to obtain personal (login) information.
- Persons with access to large amounts of personal data must use two-factor authentication.
What are your rights?
Under the GDPR, you have several rights with regard to your data and its processing.
Access (and modification)
You can always view your own (personal) data and, if necessary, have it modified by contacting us using the contact details at the top of this privacy policy.
Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from us. We will provide it in a structured and common format (such as JSON), which can be easily opened in other common digital systems. This way, you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Withdrawal of consent
In all cases where the basis for a certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. This may mean that we cannot provide certain services anymore. As a user, you can delete your own account, which is equivalent to withdrawing your consent. As another individual, you can contact us using the contact details at the top of this privacy policy.
Deletion of data
You have the right to have all data that can be linked to you (containing your personal identifiable information) deleted by us. This goes one step further than withdrawal of consent, as we will delete all past data. Contact us using the contact details at the top of this privacy policy.
Response policy and term
A request can be sent to the contact information at the top of this privacy policy. We will fulfill your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after we have received your request, we will contact you. If we reject your request, we will indicate in our response why the request is rejected.
Filing a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority
Do you think we are not acting in accordance with privacy legislation? Then we would like to hear about it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or "AP"). Third parties
This application uses technical services (hosting) from SyS-F. You can find the privacy statement of SyS-F here: https://sys-f.nl/privacy. Personal data is only visible to users of the application if their access rights allow it. Personal data is not provided to third parties.
Cookie statement
We use cookies in this application. This is necessary to validate and secure data. These are cookies with purely technical functionality. The application does not use so-called "tracking" cookies or cookies used for marketing purposes. We therefore do not need to ask for your explicit consent.
